Kinloch Holdings, Inc. is a brokerage holding company. Through a combination of acquisitions and organic growth, we are building a series of super regional brokers. 

We launched our business in October 2006, with the acquisition of Long Island-based Genatt Associates — a leading New York Metropolitan area broker with specialized expertise in the real estate, construction, transportation, healthcare and hospitality industries. Today in addition to Genatt, the Kinloch Holdings is compromised of Kinloch Consulting, an employee benefits brokerage. The organization has offices in Boston and New York. 

Kinloch is a privately-held company. The firm's key investors include CCP Equity Partners, Northaven Management and Hovde Private Equity Advisors.
